Shipping times vary based on your location. For UK orders, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the dispatch date. International orders may take up to 14 business days.
We ship worldwide, but please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our programs, we can only accept returns for physical materials (such as manuals, life-size models, and other resources) if they arrive damaged or defective.
Digital products, such as training materials accessed are non-refundable.
Return Process
1. Notify our team within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item. Please include photos and a description of the issue.
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return of the item.
3. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.
For damaged or defective items, we will send a replacement free of charge as soon as the issue is verified.
